Welcome to Valour & Co. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients engaging our luxury wedding photography services.

1. Service Overview
Valour & Co. is a luxury wedding photography brand operated by Jana Marie Photography LLC and Mon Photography. Your investment with Jana & Monika include:

Two lead photographers (Jana & Monika)
Up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage
Two pre-event consultations
1,500-2,000 professionally edited digital images in an online gallery
Options for additional services and upgrades

2. Contract & Payment Terms
All contracts and payments will be processed under either Jana Marie Photography LLC or Mon Photography.
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the wedding.
Payments must be made via ACH transfer, check, or other approved methods specified in your contract.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, or no-shows.

3. Travel & Destination Weddings
Valour & Co. specializes in luxury destination weddings. Travel fees, accommodations, and per diem expenses will be outlined in the contract.
Clients are responsible for arranging and covering travel expenses unless otherwise stated.

4. Additional Team Members
Our brand also offers additional photographers and videographers at varying price points. These professionals work exclusively with Valour & Co. but are contracted through either Jana Marie Photography LLC or Mon Photography.
All second photographers and videographers will be assigned based on availability and client preferences.

5. Copyright & Image Usage
Valour & Co. retains full copyright ownership of all images.
Clients receive personal usage rights, allowing them to download, print, and share their images.
Images may not be altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Valour & Co. reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

6. Post-Production & Deliverables
Images will be delivered within 8-12 weeks after the wedding.
All images are professionally edited; RAW files are not available for purchase.
Online galleries will remain active for one year from the delivery date.

7. Force Majeure & Liability
If an unforeseen event (e.g., natural disaster, illness, or travel restrictions) prevents us from fulfilling our contract, we will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement photographer or offer a rescheduled date.
Valour & Co. is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including venue restrictions, lighting conditions, or guest interference.

8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must secure all necessary permissions for photography at their chosen venue.
A detailed photography schedule should be provided at least 30 days before the wedding to ensure smooth coordination.

9. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By booking Valour & Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
